Spreading Galactic Conquest

Unfortunately due to personal issues I was not able to work on the game mechanics so I am uploading the GDD for review. This is a rough draft at best. I appreciate any commentary that can be given. I will work on this outside of the Jam as I enjoyed this game style growing up and have reached out to Delta Tao and they are excited to see what I come up with. I feel that I can accomplish this style game in Game Maker Studio without much headache.
